Every jacket and coat begins with availability, not demand. Many of the materials we use can only be sourced during specific seasons and only when quality meets our standards. When the right materials are not available, production pauses. The collection grows slowly and disappears just as quickly.
Outerwear historically built for pilots, ranchers, and tradesmen forms the foundation of this category. Garments created to perform in real winter conditions and to last for decades. Natural fur, heavyweight fabrics, and substantial linings define the approach because they age beautifully and improve with wear.
Production remains small by design. Limited sourcing windows, small-batch construction, and a refusal to substitute materials mean availability changes throughout the year. When a piece sells out, it may not return for some time.
